Cimafunk, or Erik Alejandro Iglesias Rodríguez, is a Cuban musician blending funk, Afro-Cuban rhythms, and hip hop, currently based in New Orleans. His nine-piece band La Tribu delivers high-energy live shows that defy genres, drawing parallels to James Brown and establishing him as a popular act on the international festival circuit.
