The Waterfront Blues Fest is an annual music festival in Portland, Oregon, featuring world-class blues, soul, funk, and R&B performances at Tom McCall Waterfront Park. As the largest celebration of its kind west of the Mississippi, it traditionally takes place over the July 4th weekend and supports local hunger relief efforts.
